He was predeceased by: his parents, John B. Duncan and Betty Jane Frederick Duncan; and his brother John Mark Duncan. He is survived by: his wife Lynn Baxter Duncan; his children, Alisha Lynn Duncan of Bakersfield, CA and Jacob Duncan of Charlotte, NC; his stepchildren, Matthew Keel (Ashley) of Austin, TX and Kelly Keyton (Justin) of Sharpsburg, GA; his sister Mary Ann Reeder (Daniel); and his stepgrandchildren, Reece McMullen, Jeremiah McMullen, Jada Keyton and Landon Keel.
