It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Edward Patterson (Columbiana, Alabama), who passed away on December 17, 2025, at the age of 64, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Marion Cross; and his sister Carla Marie Cross. He is survived by: his siblings, Faye North, Mae Patterson, Lois Starks, Emmett Patterson and Willie Wolf; his children, Shontua Ray (Torsha), Nicholas Buie, Tristan Buie, Austin Cotton, Latoria Patterson and Cameron Cotton; and his close friend Derek Herndon. He is also survived by grandkids, nieces, nephews, cousins.
