He is survived by : his daughter Langley Kyle; his son-in-law Jeff Kyle; his granddaughters, Addison and Ansley; his siblings, Rick Rushton (Millie) of Raleigh, NC and Eleanor Wise (Gary); his sister-in-law Levis Rushton; his aunt Emily Rabren; his cousins, Lynn Rabren (Beth) of Fairhope, AL and Rebecca Blackman (Dan) of Birmingham, AL; his nephew Dan Wood (Sarah) of Raleigh, NC; his nieces, Miranda Rushton of Montgomery, AL and Anna Wise of Birmingham, AL; and his cousins, Anna Grace Green (Jacob) of Carillon Beach, FL and Evan Blackman (Amanda) of Dallas, TX.
