She was predeceased by: her parents, Karl Harrison and Mildred Harrison; her sister Nancy Harrison; and her son Thomas Leon Phillips, Jr.. She is survived by: her children, Frederick Scott Phillips (Leatha), Carol Phillips Fails and Helen Phillips Dean (Brandon); her grandchildren, Hannah Dean Davenport (Braden), Garth Fort Fails, Jr., Elijah Harrison Fails and Millie Elizabeth Dean; her great grandchildren, Inman Brandon Davenport and Ada-Mae Sharlene Davenport; and her siblings, Carol Smith (Skipper) and Tommy Harrison (Michelle).
A graveside service will be held on Sunday, December 7th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Columbiana City Cemetery (206 Shelby Rd, Columbiana, AL 35051).
