He is survived by : his brother Richard Perkins; his wife Gail Horton Perkins; his daughter Lori Perkins; his siblings, Kathleen Bryant and Lee Perkins (Vicki); his granddaughter Shannon Phillips (Chris); and his great grandchildren, Cheyanne and Canyon Phillips. He is also survived by grandsons; and many nieces and nephews.
