He was predeceased by: his parents, Erie Lee Manuel and Naomi Lois Duplichan Manuel. He is survived by: his wife Ellen Faye Manuel; his children, Steven Paul Manuel, Jr. (Celeste), Mikall Rene McCoy (Shawn), Sari Ann Capilouto (Michael) and Amber Lee Manuel; and his siblings, Mark Manuel (April), Phillip Manuel (Connie), Shane Manuel and Karen Kibodeaux (Robert). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 8th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Robinson Springs Church (5980 Main St, Millbrook, AL 36054). A celebration of life will be held on Wednesday, October 8th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Robinson Springs Church in his memory.
