She was predeceased by: her husband Leon Scott Carroll; her parents, Wesley Joseph Hicks "Daddy Hicks" and Villa Hicks "Mama Hicks"; her siblings, Ann Patrick, Charlie Ray Hicks, Woody Hicks and Joe Hicks; her daughter-in-law Hilda Carroll; and her great grandchild JP Brown.
She is survived by: her children, Denise Carroll, Allen Carroll, Mark Carroll (Loretta), Ronnie Carroll (Lynda) and Donnie Carroll; and her brother James Hicks (Patti). She is also survived by 12 Grandchildren; 20 Great Grandchildren; 12 Great-Great Grandchildren.
