He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew K. Plunkett and Josephine Irene Key; his granddaughters, Jamie Kernop and Summer Freitag; and his brother Ricky Whitlow.
He is survived by: his daughters, Misty Kernop (John West), Andrea Allred and Rebecca Freitag (Mike); his stepchildren, Rusty Harrison (Susan) and Christy Marham (Jeff); and his grandchildren, Alex Crosby (Bruce), Kyle Allred, Briannah Cook (Nate), Zachery Kernop, Madison Goodgame (Michael), Tyler Kernop, Cameron Plunkett, Emma Freitag, Jake Freitag and Josie West.
