He was predeceased by: his parents, Emery Hitchcock and Nola Hitchcock; his grandparents, William, Willie Maye Hitchcock, Robert and Lillian Marsh; and his siblings, Lillian Reed (Milton), Jean Hitchcock, Connie Miller (John L.), William "Bud" Hitchcock (Betty), James "Cotton" Hitchcock (Marie), Bertha Hitchcock, Peggy Hitchcock and Mary Faye Hitchcock.
He is survived by: his children, Kathy Lee (Ron), Merinda Pugh, Andy Hitchcock (Sam) and David Hitchcock (Crystal). He is also survived by 6 Grandchildren; 4 Great Grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, June 22nd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Collins-Burke Funeral Home (303 Oak Hill Rd, Jasper, AL 35504). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, June 22nd 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Collins-Burke Chapel (303 Oak Hill Rd, Jasper, AL 35504).
