She is survived by: her son Andrew N. Lewis of Panama City, FL; and her siblings, Missy Black of Orange Beach, AL, Annette Hall of San Francisco, CA, Gail Waldrop of Seattle and Butch Tatum of Orange Beach, FL. She is also survived by 6 Grandchildren and 8 Great Grandchildren.
