He was predeceased by: his parents, Perry Wesley Carr and Catherine Carr; and his siblings, Ted Carr, Victor Carr, Sarah Belle Snyder and Alice Harris.
He is survived by: his wife Anna Elizabeth Carr of Cottondale Alabama; his daughter Kimberly Bennett (Bob) of Texas; his stepchildren, Heather Hobden Wellons of Kokomo, Indiana and Victor Hobden of Tennessee; his sister Donna Hubbard (Jack) of Jackson, Florida; his grandchildren, Jacob Wellons of Texas, Gabriel, Bekah Wellons of Indiana, Racheal Wellons of Indiana, Sarah Wellons of Louisiana, Rebekah Wellons of Indiana, Caleb Wellons of Texas, Jael Wellons of Indiana, Christian Wellons of Indiana, Miya, Josh Gifford of Texas, Chad Whitlock of Texas and Victor Hobden of Tennessee; and his great grandchild Jenny Wellons of Indiana.
