He was predeceased by: his parents, Cade Jefferson and Brownie Vickers Monk; his wife Janis Ward Monk; his sister Renee Pitts; and his grandson Cade Monk.
He is survived by: his sons, Jeff Monk (Gail) of Cottonwood, David Monk (Gemma) of Cottonwood and Sidney Monk of Cottonwood; his grandchildren, Jesi Whitehead, Jared Monk and Seth Monk; and his great grandchild Bryson Johnson. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
