He was predeceased by: his parents, James Franklin Cobb and Annie Lee Mills Cobb; and his sister Margaret Cobb. He is survived by: his wife Joy Cobb; his children, Garrett Cobb (Kelly), Brandon and Julie Hughes (Brian); his grandchildren, Hunter, Christopher, Hannah, Jonathan and Jenna; and his siblings, Delene Cobb and Rex Cobb (Debbie). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, other relatives, and a host of friends.
