He is survived by: his brother Charles James O'Hara (Sonny); his sister-in-law Marta O'Hara (Mickey); and his sibling's children, Therese O'Hara Beaucher, Michele O'Hara Burk, Marc O'Hara, Carrie O'Hara Martin and Kathleen O'Hara.
