She was predeceased by: her parents, Jessie "Buster" Cochran and Daisy May Davis-Cochran; and her siblings, Mary Jane Ashwander, Betty Long, Elaine McDowell and Billy Cochran.
She is survived by: her husband Hobert Ballard; her children, Amanda Bentley, Brandy Pratt (Sam) and Adam Ballard (Laura); her sister Shirley Hodge; and her nieces and nephews, Teddy, Yorkie and Joyce. She is also survived by seven grandchildren; one great-grandson.
