He was predeceased by : his father Paul Carr. He is survived by : his mother Barbara Ann Tompkins Carr; his mother-in-law Juanell Girard; his wife Joy Bailey; his stepchildren, Mace Tanner and Kassy Boulier; his brother-in-law Rex Bailey; his sisters, Lydia Szajko, Sarah Adcock and Mary Carr; and his stepgrandchildren, Isaiah Boulier, Ashlyne Tanner, Abigail Tanner and Anna Tanner. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, family and friends.
