He was predeceased by : his wife Hazel Gilbert Woodard; his siblings, Elaine Evans Allred, Wanda Williams and James Preston Woodard; and his parents, John Woodard and Lola Woodard.
He is survived by : his children, Debra Woodard Cordell (Gaylon Cordell) and Roy Woodard, Jr. (Donna Davis Woodard); and his grandchildren, Andy Woodard, Brad Woodard and Megan. He is also survived by Neighbors; 11 Great Grandchildren.
