She was predeceased by: her parents, Naomi Bryant and Elijah Bryant; her brother Richard Bryant of Bechtol, Texas; her husband Robert L. Richeson, Sr. (Bob); her son Robert "Bobby" L. Richeson, Jr.; and her son-in-law Bobby Rushen.
She is survived by: her daughter Cheryl R. Rushen; her grandchildren, Erin Bentley (Brandon), Kristen Odom (Jonathan) and Zachary Rushen (Amanda); and her great grandchildren, Thomas, Adley, Olivia, Henry, Taylor and Lauren. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial donations be made to Boys & Girls Club of Pell City.
