She was predeceased by: her husband Josh Willoughby; her parents, Joseph Clifton, Sr. and Evelyn Wiggins; and her brothers, Billy Wiggins and Joe Wiggins.
She is survived by: her daughters, Beverly Gilbert (Hoyt) and Diane Campbell (Steve); her sister Ann Waltridge; her granddaughter Samantha Gilbert Davis; and her great grandchildren, Easton Davis and Max Davis.
