He was predeceased by : his sister Sunny Charlotte. He is survived by : his parents, E. P. Proctor and Winona Proctor; his wife Janice Proctor; his son John Randall Proctor; his daughter-in-law Fannie; his brother Tony Proctor; his sister-in-law Nona; his sister Emily Proctor Hill; and his brother-in-law Richard.
