She was predeceased by: her parents, Dock Allen and Irene Griffith Allen; her husband Carl S. Cason; her daughter Mickey Cason Mashburn; her grandsons, Brandon Cason and Dustin Cason; her children-in-law, Dawn Cason and Joey Crump; and her siblings, Paul Edward Allen, James Edwin Allen, Charles Allen, Ruth Allen, Myrtle Fant and Doris Barrett.
She is survived by: her children, Roger Cason (Sherry) of Crossville, Dale Cason of Crossville, Joe Cason of Crossville and Myra Cason Crump of Crossville; her siblings, Kenneth Allen of Ft. Payne, Thomas Allen of Crossville, Dwight Allen of Jasper and Clara Edmonson of Meridianville; and her close friend Diane Williams. She is also survived by 7 Grandchildren, 8 Step-Grandchildren, 7 Great Grandchildren, 12 Step-Great Grandchildren and 1 Great Great Grandchild.
Visitation was held on Saturday, September 12th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Mcrae Funeral Home (99 Glenda Dr, Boaz, AL 35957). A funeral service was held on Sunday, September 13th 2026 at 3:00 PM at the Macedonia #2 Baptist Church (1092 Co Rd 34, Crossville, AL 35962).
