She was predeceased by: her husband Robert Peace; her parents, Gladys Sykes and Cullen Sykes; her brothers, Billy Sykes, Bobby Sykes (Barbara) and Donald Sykes (Shirley); and her brother-in-law Gary Morrison.
She is survived by: her daughter Robin Thompson; her sister Carol Morrison; her nephews, Kevin Morrison, Billy Sykes, Walter Sykes and Derek Sykes; her niece Teresa Sykes; her granddaughters, Jessica Thompson (Scott) and Miranda Childers (Nicholas); and her great grandchildren, Zakk Thompson and Lilly Thompson. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
