She was predeceased by: her parents, John I. Brown and Hattie Arndt Brown; and her husband Curtis Dalton Brown. She is survived by: her son Curtis Dalton Brown, Jr. (Dion); and her grandson John Owen Brown (Taylor). She is also survived by several extended family members and several close friends.

In lieu of flowers please make a donation to St. Jude Children's Hospital in memory of Bette.
