She was predeceased by: her mother Estelle Parker James; her husband Calvin Coolidge Guthery; her grandson Jason Taylor; her brothers, Bill and Bobby James; and her son-in-law Roger Kelsoe.
She is survived by: her children, Kevin Guthery and Starlet Kelsoe; her sister-in-law Dianne James; her grandchildren, Brandon Jarrett, Crystal Speakman (Aaron), Whitney Trammell (Chad) and Sage Guthery (Jasmyne); and her great grandchildren, Gracie, Carlee, Destiny, Jase, Hunter, Adalynn, Macie, Arleigh, August and Georgie.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, June 4th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 12:00 PM at the Mt. Vernon Congregational Methodist Church (3115 Co Rd 1069, Vinemont, AL 35179). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, June 4th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
