She was predeceased by: her parents, Herman Eugene and Cecil Alice Butler Bailey; her husband Clinton Henry Smith; and her siblings, Herman Eugene Bailey, Jr., Rayburn Bailey, Louise Applegarth and Carlene Estes.
She is survived by: her children, Edwin "Keith" Smith (Belinda), Glenda "Renah" Smith, Debra Kay Smith Montgomery (Rickey) and Vickie Ann Smith; her grandchildren, Damon Barnett (Amanda), Elijah Montgomery, Zachary Smith, Zane Smith (Kasey) and Whitney Hall; her great grandchildren, Jayden Smith (Karly), Camden Hall, Caden Barnett (Chloe), Emily Barnett and Lily Smith; her great great grandchild Sa'von Smith; and her sister-in-law Faye Bailey. She is also survived by nieces and nephews; and many dear friends.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, September 2nd 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM and at 1:00 PM at the Holly Pond Funeral Home (161 Brooklyn Rd, Holly Pond, AL 35083). A burial was held on Wednesday, September 2nd 2026 at the Brooklyn Cemetery.
