He is survived by: his brother George Edward Willoughby (Shirley); his children, Ricky Willoughby (Netta), Mary Easterwood (Ronnie) and Sherry Buettner (Charlie); and his grandchildren, Lisa McMeans D'Antonio, Didi McMeans, Jason Willoughby (Susan), Chad Willoughby (Auburn), Abby Willoughby Thomas, Christi Doyle and Cory DeBruhl (Krista).
In lieu of flowers the Willoughby family ask that donations be made to Cullman Eastside Baptist Church in Mr.Willoughby's honor.
