She is survived by: her mother Carrlon Holmes; her children, Karli Jo, Jaxton Wade and Addi June; her brothers, Camden Holmes (Katie) and Caleb Holmes (Kayla); her nieces and nephews, Brantley, Coty, Rori, Corah and Greysen; and the fathers of children, Justin Ballenger and Dalton Lynn. She is also survived by aunts, uncles, and cousins.
