Cynthia left this world on July 29, 2025 at the age of 52, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. She was predeceased by: her parents, Louise Powell and Ronald Powell. She is survived by: her husband Shawn Self; her sons, Tyler, Austin and Ricky Self; her grandson Everett Self; and her siblings, Kaye Cullen, Mark, Van Johnson and Jerme Powell.
With that said, in lieu of flowers the family has asked that donations be made to Legacy of Hope in her honor.
