She is survived by: her husband James Terry Rainey; her sons, Bobby Wayne Thomas, Matthew Dalane Thomas (Karissa) and Jeremy Ray Thomas (Jamie Lynn); her siblings, Ronny Lee Shackleford, William Robert Shackelford, Jr. (Kaye), Carole Marie Catlett (Ricky) and Debra Faye Mitchell (Ricky Lynn Mitchell); and her grandsons, Noah Ray Thomas, Colton Brian Thomas and James Allan Stanton, Jr..
