He was predeceased by: his parents, John Ang and Carra Etta Rusk; and his siblings, Doris Harris, James, L. E., Hubert and Alton Rusk.
He is survived by: his wife Linda Rusk; his children, Regina Branham (Steve) and Johnny Rusk (Sharon); his siblings, Linda Brock and J. C. Rusk; and his grandchildren, Charly Osmer, Christina Henderson (Beau), Rikki Higginbotham, Channing Newberry, Cru Self, Casey Self (Crystal), Justin Branham (Felicia), Auston Rusk, Chris Martin and Chris Stephenson. He is also survived by 21 great-grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews and friends.
Visitation was held on Saturday, May 24th 2025 from 5:30 PM to 8:00 PM. The lying in state was held on Sunday, May 25th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Moss Service Funeral Home Chapel (1901 2nd Ave NW, Cullman, AL 35055). A funeral service was held on Sunday, May 25th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
