She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Jackson and Martha Matilda Weathers Wisner; her siblings, Arnold Wisner, Willie Wisner Lee, Ambus J Wisner, Willis Wisner, Virna Wisner and Rachel Mary Wisner; and her former husbands, Arthur Burks and Arlin Smith.
She is survived by: her son Jeff Burks (Judy); her grandchildren, Rachel Fuchs (Bert) and T. J. Burks; her great grandchildren, Wolf and Anja Fuchs; and her husband Jeff Burks (Judy).
