She was predeceased by: her parents, Floyd Fulmer and Bertha Iona Mason Fulmer; and her siblings, Larry Fulmer, Clara Faye Fulmer and Dorothy Ryan.

She is survived by: her brother Loyd Ray Fulmer (Pam); and her nieces, Renee Cook, Angela Fulmer, Julie Cantrell and Laura Nichols.
