She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Minyard and Corean Goss Minyard; her husband Carl Horne; and her great grandchild James Reece Minga. She is survived by: her children, Shannon Minga (Jennifer) of Holcomb, MS and Deanette Edgar (Don) of Fayetteville, NC; and her sister Sue Lott of Cullman, AL. She is also survived by seven grandchildren; and four great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Monday, September 14th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Williams & Lord Funeral Home-Greenwood (301 Madison Ave, Greenwood, MS 38930). A funeral service was held on Monday, September 14th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
