She is survived by: her children, Michael Lee Maddux, Mark Maddux, Diane Corbin (Warren), Janet Mattox (Wes) and Kelly Heatherly (Stephen). She is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren, 3 great great-grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, family and friends.
