He was predeceased by : his father Alvin R. Twilley; and his former life partner Marie Twilley. He is survived by : his mother Merdie Twilley; his wife Glenda Twilley; his children, Christopher Skipper, Danny Harris and Jamie Harris (Cherrie); his grandchildren, Summer Harris, Anna Harris, Arleigh Harris, Jade Banks and Zander Taylor; and his siblings, Bruce Twilley and Shelia Simmons. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, April 3rd 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Hanceville Funeral Home (100 Michelle St NW, Hanceville, AL 35077). A funeral service was held on Thursday, April 4th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Mountain Grove Baptist Church (1636 Co Rd 573, Hanceville, AL 35077).
