He is survived by: his grandparents, Ray, Martha Booker, Arlene Coulter and Charlie Almerico (Donna); his parents, Gregg Booker and Charlene Booker; his sons, Grayson Booker and Carter Booker; his sister Emily Jones; and his nephew Bennett Jones. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, family and friends.
