We announce the death of Hershel Clinton Rasco of Cullman, Alabama, who passed away on October 20, 2026, at the age of 81. Hershel will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. He was predeceased by: his parents, Ronald Rasco and Flora Rasco; his wife Ann Rasco; his son Billy Bailey; and his siblings, Ralph Rasco (Jan), Joyce Gatlin, Gail Adams (Kenneth) and Sharon Bellew (Ben).
He is survived by: his children, Tommy Rasco and Tammy Edge (Joel); his grandchildren, Telia Creque (Danny), Treyla Lindsey (Mason), Heath Garner (Selitia), Corey Edge (Kristen) and Heather Williams (Byron); and his great grandchildren, Reece Garner, Kirra Garner, Brooks Creque, Madi Kate Lindsey, Caden Edge, Tenley Edge and Bailey Williams. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 23rd 2026 from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Moss-Service Funeral Home (1901 2nd Ave NW, Cullman, AL 35055). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 24th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. A committal service will be held on Saturday, October 24th 2026 from 12:15 PM to 1:00 PM at the Duck Creek Cemetery.
