It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Kenneth Neal of Cullman, Alabama, who passed away on April 8, 2024, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of James Kenneth Neal to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Earnest R. Neal and Gracie Nix Neal; his wife Dot Neal; his daughter Melissa Bice; and his sisters, Evelyn Hardin, Norma Bradford and Sue Robinson.

He is survived by : his son James Neal (Tonya); his son-in-law David Bice; his brother Reggie Neal (Karen); his grandchildren, Cole Bice and Hilary Nix (Josh); and his great grandchildren, Harrison Nix, Hayden Nix, Hadlee Nix, Jace Miller and Brooklyn Miller.

Visitation was held on Thursday, April 11th 2024 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Paul's Lutheran Church (513 4th Ave SE, Cullman, AL 35055). A funeral service was held on Thursday, April 11th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to St. Paul's Lutheran Church.
