She was predeceased by: her husband Chester McCutcheon, Jr.; her parents, Terrise Reams Franklin and Jessie May Franklin; and her siblings, Donald James Franklin and Nancy Jean Smith.

She is survived by: her children, Chester "Mac" McCutcheon (Debbie), James McCutcheon (Dana) and Lisa McCutcheon Kay (Ken); her grandchildren, Chris McCutcheon, April McCutcheon, Kylan Kay, Jesse McCutcheon, Nate McCutcheon and Seth McCutcheon; and her sisters, Sandra Holmes and Dianna Axelberg.
