She was predeceased by: her husband Frank Schaffer; her niece Helena Graveman; and her nephew Earnie Graveman. She is survived by: her daughter Connie Schaffer; her grandson Zach Phillips; and her nieces and nephews, David Schaffer, Tim Schaffer, Mary Schaffer, Margaret Smith (Mark), Charles Schaffer (Susie), James Schaffer (Rita), Rita Calderon, Theresa Graveman, Pat Graveman, Frank Graveman, Louis Graveman, Raymond Graveman and Jerry Graveman.
Visitation was held on Thursday, May 29th 2025 from 6:30 PM to 7:30 PM at the Sacred Heart Catholic Church (217 2nd St SE, Cullman, AL 35055). A rosary was held on Thursday, May 29th 2025 at 7:30 PM at the same location. A Mass of Christian burial was held on Friday, May 30th 2025 at 10:00 AM.
In Lieu of flowers the family asks for donations to be made in honor of the twelve years she served at Sacred Heart School.
