She was predeceased by : her grandparents, Thomas Allan Morton, Luvada Morton and James Thornton. She is survived by : her parents, David Morton and Debra Thornton Morton; her grandmother Inez Twilley; her children, Caleb Bowers, Sheridan Bowers (Michael Chambers) and Brooke Bowers; her grandchild Tatum Bowers; and her aunts and uncles, Randy Morton, Sandra Wright (Tim), Karen Hogeland (Craig), Dean Twilley, Annette Burnett and Casey Twilley (Melissa).

Visitation was held on Wednesday, April 17th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM. The lying in state was held on Thursday, April 18th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Cullman Funeral Home Chapel (461 US-278, Cullman, AL 35055). A funeral service was held on Thursday, April 18th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
