He is survived by: his son Waylon Bermingham; his brother Braden Bermingham; his uncles, Chris Maxwell (Katie) and Raymond Maxwell; and his grandmother Beverly Maxwell.

Visitation was held on Saturday, September 20th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Peck Funeral Home (1600 Hwy 31 SW, Hartselle, AL 35640).
