He is survived by: his wife Rudene Jean Tidwell; his children, Robin Skipper (Danny) and Robert Jr. Tidwell (Glenda); his grandchildren, Leanna Bedard (Heath), Tyler Skipper (Dana), Trey Tidwell (Erin), Will Tidwell (Jennifer) and Emmalee Tidwell (Wale Oduru); and his great grandchildren, Emma Grace, Anna Beth Tidwell, Crosby, Alder, Posey Skipper, Rhett, Vaughn Bedard and Bennett Lee Tidwell.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 7th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Moss Service Funeral Home (1901 2nd Ave NW, Cullman, AL 35055). A celebration of life will be held on Wednesday, October 7th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
