He was predeceased by : his parents, Robert Blake and Evelyn Champion Blake; and his son Daniel Blake. He is survived by : his wife Vicky Gunter Blake; his children, David Blake, Phillip Glover, Matthew Glover (Andrea), Rusanne Baggett and Lindsey Glover; and his grandchildren, Lauren, Kaylan, Kohen, Landen and Gavin.
