She was predeceased by: her husband Stanley "Lee" Gentry; her parents, Lewis Kimbrell Jr. and Ora Mae Kimbrell; and her brother Larry Lewis Kimbrell. She is survived by: her sons, Phillip Geter (Lakeyda) and Richard Geter (Jennifer); her grandchildren, Mallory Hand (Zeb), Makenzi Ivey (Leighton), Zac Whitaker (Olivia), Kayla Mauldin, Brittany Brewster, Cody Pierce and Cody Nichols; and her great grandchildren, Finley, Lincoln, Oliver, Trace, Kabri, Ellix, Ryleigh, Kyler and Charleigh.
A celebration of life was held on Saturday, November 29th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Residence of Zeb and Mallory Hand (2125 Old Hwy 100, Tallapoosa, GA 30176).
