He is survived by: his sons, Christopher Douglas Smith, Kenneth Jeffrey Smith (Allison) and Jonathan Brett Smith (Sarah); his sisters, Sue Steelmon (Kenneth) and Teresa Ingle (Jerry); and his granddaughters, Callie, Sofia, Maci and Miley.
