With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Susan Bonner of Cullman, Alabama, who passed away on November 16, 2025 at the age of 62. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Susan may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the echoes of her kindness, the warmth of her embrace, and the light of her enduring love.
She was predeceased by: her father Johnny Miles. She is survived by: her husband Hoke Bonner; her mother Faye Ackerman of Hartselle; her sister Anne Miles of Falkville; and her daughters, Candace Rhule of Loganville, Tabby McDonald of Cullman and Natalie Choran of Gardendale, Alabama.. She is also survived by nine grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, November 18th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Peck Funeral Home (1600 Hwy 31 SW, Hartselle, AL 35640). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, November 18th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
