She is survived by : her brothers, George Bates (Margaret) and Sam Bates; and her nieces and nephews, Dena Parrish, Tammy Balderas, Lisa McClanahan, Jana Johnson, Tina Sanders, Charles Bates, John Bates, Brian Bates, Nick Bates, Donnie Bates, Jeremy Bates, Mike Johnson and Tim Johnson.

Visitation was held on Thursday, April 11th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Spry Memorial Chapel (907 Jackson Ave S, Russellville, AL 35653).
