He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Agee and Mable Agee; his brothers, Bob Agee, Ted Agee and Fred Agee; and his sisters-in-law, Brenda Agee, Jean Agee and Barbara Agee.
He is survived by: his wife Frances Agee; his daughter Sabre Freeman (Delbert); his grandsons, Caleb Freeman (Amanda), Joshua Freeman and Jonathan Freeman (Summer); his siblings, Steve Agee (Dianne), Tim Agee (Shannon) and Ginger Crow (Dwight); and his sister-in-law Joyce Agee. He is also survived by 14 great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, extended family.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 25th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Victory Baptist Church (240 Posey St, Moulton, AL 35650). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 25th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Saturday, October 25th 2025 at the same location.
