He is survived by: his daughter Gidgett Kuykendall; his brothers, Johnny and Ricky Kuykendall; his aunt Jean Hicks; his grandchildren, Jake McLamb, Austin McLamb and Hayden McLamb; his great grandchildren, Hazel and Hudson McLamb; and his nieces, Christy and Brandy.
